custom DB picklist you want to remove.

template opens with pre-configured data in the grid.
Select a care plan that you want to remove from the grid.

The selected row is removed from the grid.

Edit Care Plan Data
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Care Plans custom DB picklist. Select Configure.The Care Plans Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Select the care plan you want to edit.The data populates in the corresponding fields above the grid. Add a Custom Care Plan DB Picklist
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Care Plans custom DB picklist.The selected DBPicklist Care Plans appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Select Configure.The Care Plans Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. To add new care plan data, select Add New List Items link.The fields above the grid become available for documentation. Select the Practice ID field and select the practice that uses the care plan data. In the Care Plan Type field, enter any of the following care plans: Problem Intervention Outcome Goal In the Problem field, enter a category for the problem. In the Code Set Type field, enter the code type.For example, you can include the code type SNOMED for a care plan goal. In the Code Value field, enter a code to associate with the problem. In the Plan Details field, enter a description or phrase to associate with the problem. Select Add.The documented care plan appears in the grid. Select Close.On the run-

Remove a Custom DB Picklist Item
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, select the DB picklist name.The selected DB picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Expand the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel.The Show selected DBPicklist option displays the existing list items of the selected DB picklist. Select a row to delete. Select Remove. Configure a Custom DB Picklist
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, select the custom DB picklist that you want to configure. Do one of the following: If a custom DB picklist uses only Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2, it is managed from the Step 2 Add/Edit List Item panel grid. If the custom DB picklist has more than two qualifiers, the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel is collapsed and the Configure button appears to the right of the panel label, skip to step 3. Note: If you want to customize a care plan DB picklist for a specific practice, you need a record in the names table containing the selected practice ID. Select Configure.The Custom DB Picklist Setup template opens. Select Add New List Item link to add a new list item.The fields above the grid become available for documentation. Delete a Value from a Picklist
Select the picklist. Select the value in the Picklists Values grid. Select Delete. Note: The changes you have made will not appear in NextGen® Enterprise EHR until the picklists have been refreshed. See Refresh Template-Based Picklists Parent topic: Edit a Template-Based Picklist

Remove a Document Entry
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Plan/Intervention tab, expand the Document panel.
