You can remove an agency or team member at any time. When you remove an agency, any associated team member entry is also removed and when you remove a team member, any associated agency entry is removed also.
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Select to highlight the agency or member on the Care Coordination Team panel that you want to delete.
Select Remove.
You are prompted to confirm the delete.
Select Yes.
You are returned to your originating template with the selected barrier to care removed from the Agencies or Interdisciplinary team grid.
