Copy Phrases from One Provider to Another Provider
You can copy phrases that you have created from one provider to another. This ability enables mid-level providers to access phrases that can promote continuity of care. The My Phrase panel in the Custom DB Picklists system template displays a list of phrases created by the current provider and enables providers to copy the phrases to another provider. Note: In run time, you must add phrases in the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template that opens from the My Phrases or My Phrases/Common Phrases link. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Custom DB Picklists system template, select the My Phrases panel.A list of providers and phrase types appear in the grid. Manage My Phrases
You can update or delete a phrase in the My Phrases grid. You can update or delete a phrase in the My Phrases grid using the Update My Phrase or Delete button respectively. However, these options are disabled for Common Phrases. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the respective template or section, select the My Phrases/ Common Phrases or My Phrases link.The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens. On the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template, select My Phrases.All My Phrases appear in the My Phrases grid. In the My Phrases grid, select a phrase.The selected phrase appears in the Phrase field. Do one of the following: To update a phrase, modify the phrase, and select Update My Phrase. Remove a Custom DB Picklist Item
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, select the DB picklist name.The selected DB picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Expand the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel.The Show selected DBPicklist option displays the existing list items of the selected DB picklist. Select a row to delete. Select Remove. Delete a Phrase
Select the Manage My Phrases link. The Manage My Phrases template opens. Review the My Phrase Type. Select the List only these phrase types checkbox to filter the grid to display the current phrase type. Review the existing Phrases in the grid to see if the phrases that you need are present. Select the phrase in the lower data grid. Select Remove. The selected phrase is removed from the grid. To view deleted phrases, select the View deleted records checkbox. Restore Deleted Phrases
You can view and restore deleted records in the My Phrases grid. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the respective template or section, select the My Phrases/ Common Phrases or My Phrases link.The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens. On the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template, select My Phrases. Select the View deleted records checkbox.The deleted records appear in the My Phrases grid. Remove Care Plan Data
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Care Plans custom DB picklist you want to remove. Select Configure.The Care Plans Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Select a care plan that you want to remove from the grid.
