You can remove the processed record from the grid and resubmit the record with the correct data.
If you have entered incorrect data with a record, you can remove the processed record from the grid and return it to the Custom Data to Document grid. You can subsequently resubmit the record with corrected data. Only records processed during the current encounter can be removed.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Exceptions/Measures template.
- Expand the Custom Data Mappings panel.
- Select a record from the grid.
- Select Remove.
The system nulls the supplied data and moves the record to the Custom Data to Document grid.
