Remove a Procedure Finding

You can remove a procedure finding from the grid using the Procedure Findings panel.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.
3. In Select Template, select the Practice tab.
4. In the Show section, select All.
   A list of practice templates opens.
5. Select Procedure Documentation Config and select OK.
6. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Procedure Findings panel.
7. Select a row from the grid in the Procedure Findings panel.
8. Select Remove.
9. To confirm, select Yes.
   The selected row is removed from the grid.
