You can only remove records created during the current encounter.
Access the
Onc Treatment Summary
template and scroll to the
Oncology Medication History
panel.
Locate and select the medication to be removed on the
Oncology Medication History
grid.
The system updates the fields with data from the selected record.
Click
Remove
.

Update a Medicaton on the Oncology Medication History Grid
You can only update a medication record entered for the current encounter. Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Oncology Medication History panel. Locate and select the medication to be updated on the Oncology Medication History grid. The system populates the fields with data from the selected record. Specify Cancer Medications
Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Oncology Medication History panel. Oncology Medication History Click the Medication name field and select an active medication from the list. Note: The list shows all active and inactive medications for a patient. You can only select active medications from the list. If you select an inactive medication you will be prompted to re-prescribe the medication in the Medication module. You must first enter a medication in the Medication module for it to appear on this list. Enter data in all the remaining fields and click Add. The system adds the record to the grid and clears the data entry fields. Remove a Staging Record
You can only remove records created during the current encounter. Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Staging panel. Remove Notes
Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Notes panel. Select the note to be removed in the Notes grid. The data entry fields are populated with the data from the selected note. Click Remove. Parent topic: Add Notes See also Access the Onc Treatment Summary Template

Edit Staging Records
You can only edit records created during the current encounter. However, you can edit a record from a locked encounter and save it as a new record. Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Staging panel. Locate and select the record to be edited on any of the panel grids. Click Edit for the grid where you selected the record . The Cancer Details template appears populated with data from the selected record. Make the necessary changes to the editable data fields. Click Save & Close. You are returned to the Onc Treatment Summary template and your changes appear in the grid. Remove a Medication from the Reviewed Grid
To remove a medication from the Medication Review grid, select the medication and click Remove. This moves the medication back to the Medication List. Parent topic: Reconcile Medications
