Exam Flowsheets

The Exam Flowsheets sub-navigational link launches the Pt Exam Grids template where you can view the patient's exam findings from all Physical Therapy encounters. The edema and wound incision findings appear in a grid format. Graphic representations of wound size findings appear in the Wound Size (sq cm) Graph at the bottom of the template. Click the Motility link in the Visual Acuity/Lensometry/Refraction panel. The age-appropriate Eye Motility Detail - OPH template opens. Review the exam findings and make changes as needed. View Functional Levels

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Navigate to the Observations panel on the Objective template. Select the View Functional Assessments Flowsheets link to view functional assessments.The Functional Levels - Physical Therapy template opens.
