You can submit and review the plan of care based on your role in the Provider Sign Off panel. The Provider Sign Off panel allows you to submit and review the plan of care based on your role. As a rendering provider, you can send a request to the supervising provider to review and sign off the Master Im document. The Finalize Template Workflow

You can do the following on the Finalize template: Submit and review the plan of care, based on your role, on the Provider Sign Off panel. Document Evaluation and Management (E&M) codes on the Evaluation and Management Coding panel. Calculate the patient's medical-decision-making level and submit the E&M codes to the Superbill module. Review the patient's history and physical examination details on the E&M Level panel and identify factors in the calculation of the E&M code under the 95 or 97 Coding Guidelines. Review and Sign Off Care Plans

The Provider Sign Off section enables you to send a request to the supervising physician for review and sign off to indicate that the plan of care provided to the patient is appropriate. The supervising provider can sign-off in the encounter from the Provider Sign Off section. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Finalize - Cardiology template. Click the Evaluation and Management Coding section. Select the appropriate provider sign off checkbox and click Submit Code. Review and Sign Off the Master Document as a Supervising Provider

As a supervising provider, you can review and sign-off the master document. Before you begin To turn on the supervising provider in a practice, you need to select the Supervising provider at this practice checkbox in File Maintenance. Modify Provider Information Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Finalize template. On Provider Sign Off, select I have reviewed and agree with the diagnosis and treatment plan.The master document is generated or submitted for an offline generation with the following signature: Visit details reviewed and approved by supervising provider <Name> on <Date>. Submit the Master Document for Review as a Rendering Provider

As a rendering provider, you can submit the master document, which includes the details and findings documented in the current encounter. Before you begin Before you submit the master document, ensure that you have a supervising provider assigned to you in System Administrator. System Administrator Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Finalize template. On Provider Sign Off, select Submit to supervising provider for review. Finalize Template

Providers can do the following on the Finalize template. Submit and review the plan of care, based on your role in the Provider Sign Off panel. Document Evaluation and Management (E&M) codes in the Evaluation and Management Coding panel. Calculate the medical decision-making level of the patient and submit the E&M codes to the Superbill module. Review the history and physical examination details of the patient in the E&M Level panel to see which elements factor into the calculation of the E&M code under the 95 or 97 Coding Guidelines.
