You can use the General panel to enter a patient's general information.
When someone provides the patient details, you can document the historian details in the Historian field. When someone interprets the patient’s communication, you can select the Interpreter Details link to document the details of the interpreter. You can select Configurable Questionnaires link to document the screening details of the patient.
You can select the Transitioning into Care link to document the summary of care record information for a patient. You can select the Enable HCC for this patient check box to hide or show the HCC links, badges, and grid columns on the templates at the patient level.
You can select the Family planning encounter and Disability check boxes if an encounter is a family planning encounter and describes any disability. These check boxes appear based on the configuration of the Title X Fields section on the Practice Configuration template.
When the visit type is OB Postpartum, the Generate Depression Document button appears. You can use this button to generate the Edinburgh depression document.
