Patient Pre Admission Instructions Panel on the ASC - Pre admission Template

The Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel displays the pre-admission instructions configured for a procedure. In addition, the answers selected for certain interview questions also add the pre-admission instructions to the panel grid. The pre-admission patient instructions are pre-configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. This panel also allows the clinical support staff to add any new patient instructions.

After you review or add patient instructions, select the Sign off checkbox. The Completed by field appears with the user name currently logged on to the system. The Date and Time fields appears with the current date and time of sign off. You can select the clock to add the current system time in the Time field.

If the case ID of the encounters is the same, the data entered in this panel on the ASC - Pre admission template appears in the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel on the ASC templates in the next encounters.
