Chart Check Panel on the ASC - Pre admission Template

The Chart Check panel on the ASC - Pre admission template displays the tasks documented by the scheduler on the ASC - Scheduling Questions template. In this panel, the clinical support staff reviews the tasks to add a new task or updates/removes any existing tasks.

If the case ID of the encounters is identical, then the data entered in the Chart Check panel on the ASC - Pre admission template appears in the Chart Check panel on any of the ASC templates to the next subsequent encounters within the same case ID.
