OB Billing
You can view and enter the billing details in the OB Billing panel. The OB Billing panel allows the OB provider to select the SIM codes they have entered in the OB Billing Service Category for prenatal and antepartum care to meet their specific payer requirements. Access the Finalize - OPH Template

Sign-Off

Orders Panel
You can view previously ordered labs, diagnostics, office services, immunizations, procedures and referrals in the Orders panel. The Orders panel allows you to view OB education items that were previously completed are listed as completed orders. The Immunizations link opens the Immunizations module. The Standing Orders link opens the Office Services template. Select Add to open the My Plan template. This also gives the ability to open the A/P Details, Labs, Diagnostics, Referrals, Office Procedures, and Cosign Orders templates, if needed. The BH Billing Panel

Evaluation Panel
The Evaluation panel on the PT Finalize template is where you can make changes to the evaluation visit type and its associated code, add up to three modifiers, enter a number of billing units, and select a diagnosis to be associated with the evaluation visit.
