Evaluation panel on the
PT Finalize template is where you can make changes to the evaluation visit type and its associated code, add up to three modifiers, enter a number of billing units, and select a diagnosis to be associated with the evaluation visit. The
Therapy Evaluation section automatically displays the visit type selected at the beginning of the encounter.
