OB log reports follow the criteria based on each encounter, as follows:
- Display a log entry if:
- The same provider modified content in the same encounter after 24 hours of creating the encounter.
- The same provider modified content in a different encounter.
- A different provider modified content all encounters anytime.
- Do not display log entry if the same provider modified content during the same encounter within 24 hours of creating the encounter.
Note: If there is no prior records or changes in Ob Initial Physical Exam template or Auto-calculation of Parity in the OBGYN Synopsis template, the OB Audit Log grid remains blank.
