The clinical support staff can review the documented data and make the applicable changes. If the case ID of the two encounters is the same, the details documented in this panel on the ASC - Pre admission template carry forward to General panel on the ASC templates in another encounter. Open the ASC - Pre admission Template

The ASC - Pre admission template allows the clinical support staff to review details entered by the schedulers in the ASC - Screening Questions template and follow-up on the flagged questions. To open the ASC - Pre admission template, select the Nursing tab available for the Procedure Preadmission visit type. Provider Test Action Sub-Navigational Link

The Provider Test Action sub-navigational link opens the Provider Test Action template to document the actions to be taken after the review of patient results, as well as to view the patient's appointment and contact information. Providers enter and manage brief action details or notes and the tasks for future encounters. Note: The Provider Test Action template is also available from the left navigation bar.
