Map SNOMED® Code to LOINC® Code

You can map the SNOMED codes with the translation LOINC codes for Social History Type and Family History Problem Type.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Coded Results Mapping template.
3. Expand the Code Classification panel.
   

4. Select a code classification.
5. Select Code1 System, and then select SNOMED in the list.
6. Select a code1 value.
   Code1 description is automatically filled.
7. Select Code2 System, and then select LOINC in the list.
8. Select a code2 value.
   Code2 description is automatically filled.
9. To clear any information you have entered, select Clear.
10. Select Add.
    The grid displays the mapped code details.
