Grant User Access to GET Settings

The GET access rights are granted at the group level in System Administrator.

  1. Open System Administrator.
    The NextGen System Administrator window opens and the defined practices are displayed in the left pane.
  2. Right-click a practice and select New Group from the menu.
    The General tab of the Security Group tab appears in the right pane.
  3. Type a name for the group in the Name field.
    1. Type a description for the group in Description.
    2. Fill in the other details as required.
    3. Click Save.
      The group name is added to the navigation pane.
  4. Click the Rights tab.
    1. Click the plus sign for Operations and click Administration

    2. Click Edit EHR Component Profiles.
    3. Click Yes option in Access Rights.
    4. Click Update.
      You are returned to the General tab for the Security Group.
  5. To add members to the group, select the check box for each member to be added.
  6. Click Update.
