Select the Generate Patient Bill of Rights link to open the document listing the patient's rights during the procedure. You can print the document as a reference for the patient.
Close the document.
Select Check all checkbox to auto-select the following checkboxes:
Received Patient Bill of Rights
Understands Patient Bill of Rights
You can clear the Check all checkbox and select either Received Patient Bill of Rights or Understands Patient Bill of Rights checkbox, as appropriate.
