Generate Care Management Documents

Before you begin

Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management.

You can generate the following documents from the Document panel:

  • Nursing Care Plan Summary
  • Transition of Care
  • Comprehensive Assessment
  • Return Visit
  • Care Management Summary
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. On the Plan/Intervention tab, expand the Document panel.
  3. To add additional records, fill in the fields as appropriate and select Add.
  4. To generate a nursing care plan Summary document, select the Generate Nursing Care Plan Summary link.
  5. To generate a transition of care document, select the Generate Transition of Care link.
  6. To generate a comprehensive assessment document, select the Generate Comp Assess link.
  7. To generate a return visit document, select the Generate Return Visit link.
  8. To generate a care management summary document, select Care Management Summary.
