Before you begin
Ensure that you have selected the
Specialty and
Visit Type as
Care Management.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- On the Plan/Intervention tab, expand the Document panel.

- Select the Diagnosis field and use the resulting search screen to select the appropriate diagnosis.
- Select the appropriate Type of visit checkbox.
- If you provided a nursing care plan to the patient or family, select the Nursing care plan given to patient/family/care giver checkbox.
- Select Add. The system generates an entry on the data grid.
