Enter Information in the Estimated Date of Delivery panel in the Gestational Age Tab

You can enter information in the Estimated Date of Delivery panel in the Gestational Age tab.

1. Open the Gestational Age tab.
2. Open the Estimated Date of Delivery panel.
3. Select the LMP field and select a prior date that is at least 3 months before date from the encounter date.
4. Select the Ultrasound 1 field and select a prior date of at least 1 month before date from the encounter date.
5. Enter the days or weeks in the Ultrasound window.
6. Select the Ultrasound 2 field and select a date between LMP and Ultrasound 1 date.
7. Enter the days or weeks in the Ultrasound window.
8. Select the Use a final EDD checkbox.
