Add Picklist Value for Other Procedure Orders

In the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select CARD Procedure Orders Other.The existing data set items associated with the CARD Procedure Orders Other data set appear in the grid. CARD Procedure Orders Other data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup template If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In CARD_IMProcedures Picklist, enter a CARD IMProcedures picklist value. In Picklist 1, enter the appropriate value to associate with the value entered in CARD_IMProcedures Picklist. Note: In the run-time Procedure Order template, when you select the CARD_IMProcedures picklist value, then the value entered in Picklist 1 appears. Remove CARD Procedure Orders Other Data Set Items
