Edit Assessments

You can edit assessments on the Assessment and Plan template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Soap - Cardiology template.
3. Click the Assessment/Plan panel.
4. Select the assessment that you want to edit.
   The Assessment And Plan template opens.
5. In the Status grid, click Edit an Assessment.
   

   The Assessment grid displays the assessments for the current encounter.
6. In the Assessment grid, select the value to edit.
7. Edit the assessment in the Free Text Assessment field.
   The updated text appears in the Assessment field.
8. Click Update.
9. Click Accept.
