You can enable the panel version of the social history template in the Social History section on the Practice Configuration template.
NextGen®Adaptive Content Engine provides two display options for documenting the social history of a patient, when the
Add/Edit button is selected in the
Social panel:
- A distinct template for each area of social history.
- A single template that displays the social history content in multiple panels.
By default, NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine is packaged with the option of a distinct template for each area of social history. However, you can configure social history details to display as a single template on the
Practice Configuration template. In the
Social History section on the
Practice Configuration template, if the
Enable Panel version of Pediatric Social History checkbox is selected, then the application opens the
Pediatric Social History template, which is the panel version of the social history template.
