Button/Links	Description
Add	Allows you to place additional orders. You can select the required orders on the My Plan template.
Follow Up	Allows you to place follow-up orders. For more information, see the Document Follow-up Details section.

Document Follow-up Details

You can enter follow-up appointment and disposition details on the Follow-up/Disposition template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the SOAP template. In the Assessment / Plan panel, select the Follow Up button.The Follow-up/Disposition template opens. Follow-up/Disposition template The Follow-up/Disposition template is part of a group of templates that use the last assessment or diagnosis selected on any of the templates in the group as the working assessment. The application defaults to the current working assessment. If required, you can select another assessment, which becomes the new working assessment that carries forward to the other templates in the group. Do one of the following: Select the diagnosis in the grid. In the Follow-up section, select follow up along with other details and the suggested time for the follow-up visit. To select a new diagnosis or modify an existing assessment for the current patient, select Add/Edit Assessment. With the correct description selected

Patient's Orders Review by Provider

You can review the patient's orders using the Orders panel that displays all the orders placed for a patient. You can select the appropriate categories in the left pane to view the corresponding orders. Buttons and Checkboxes in Vital Signs Panel

You can find the buttons and checkboxes for documenting patient details in the Vital Signs panel. The following buttons and links are available in the Vital Signs panel. Button/Links Description Add Allows you to add information. Edit Allows you to review and make the required changes to the documented vital signs. Remove Allows you to delete a vital sign record. History Allows you to view the vital signs details in a tabular format. Graph Opens graphical views of the data based on the specialty and age of the patient. Patient's Vital Signs Review by Provider

You can review the vital signs of a patient using the Vital Signs panel that displays the patient's vital signs documented by the Intake staff. You can manage vital signs associated with the patient. Orders Panel

The Orders panel includes the ability to view, process, manage, add, edit, remove, and/or place a follow-up order. It also includes links to the process lab and radiology orders, open Order Management template, open Immunizations template, access standing orders in Office Services template, document about the patient education provided to patients, and create tasks in the To Do template, respectively. Orders The View of All Orders link is selected by default. The other options to view include Labs, Diagnostics, Office Services, Immunizations Today, Surgical Procedures, Referrals, and Patient Education. Note: Although the Intake template contains the ability to document orders, the provider usually documents orders from the SOAP template.
