Graph	Opens graphical views of the data based on the specialty and age of the patient.
Historical information entered this encounter	Opens the Vital Signs Historical template to record weight, blood pressure, and pulse.

Patient's Vital Signs Review by Provider

You can review the vital signs of a patient using the Vital Signs panel that displays the patient's vital signs documented by the Intake staff. You can manage vital signs associated with the patient. Vital Signs

You can add, edit or remove vital signs for a patient using the Vital Signs panel. In the Vital Signs panel you can view vital signs documented during this encounter. You can edit ot remove previously entered vital signs and enter new vital signs. The Vital Signs panel is also available on other office visit templates. The Historical information entered this encounter link opens the Vital Signs History template filtered to display only vital signs documented with patient's encounter. Using the History link, you can review the patient’s entire vital signs history on the Vital Signs History template. Using the Graphs link, you can view vital signs in graphical format on the age-appropriate VS Charts template. Vital Signs The vital signs templates are based on age. The age-appropriate template opens depending on whether the patient is less than two years old, equal to or greater than two years old, or an adult. You can find the buttons and checkboxes for documenting patient details in the Orders Signs panel. The following buttons and links available in the Orders panel. Vital Signs

The Vital Signs panel displays details about a patient’s vitals and enables you to access and document a patient's vital signs. This panel also contains links that you can click to record pertinent details. For example, to add the orthostatic vital signs, you can click the Orthostatic Vital Signs link and then document the vitals. Link Description Orthostatic Vital Signs Click the Orthostatic Vital Signs link to add the Orthostatic vital signs. Historical Information Entered this Encounter Click the link to view the historical information entered during the current encounter. Review the Patient's Vital Signs

The Vital Signs panel shows the patient's vital signs as documented by the Intake staff. You can review and make the required changes to the documented vital signs by selecting a row in the grid and clicking the Edit button. To delete a vital signs record, select the row to be deleted and click the Remove button. The History link at the top of the grid shows the vital signs details in a tabular format. Buttons and Checkboxes in History Summary Panel

You can select buttons and checkboxes to document history data. The following buttons and checkboxes are available in the History Summary panel. Button/Checkbox Description Edit Allows you to review and make changes in any of the documented patient history data. Add Allows you to add any new patient history by selecting a category in the left pane. Add to HPI Grid Allows you to send a diagnostic study, that was created in the current encounter with a documented Result or Interpretation to the grid in the Reason for Visit section. Confidential link Allows you to view and enter the confidential information provided by the patient during the course of the encounter. History Review Opens the History Review template that allows you to indicate that the documented patient history has been reviewed.
