SNOMED codes and the related details that you add in the Custom DBPicklist Setup template will appear in the SNOMED Type template in run time.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Custom DB Picklists template.
- In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select SNOMED_Visit_Type.
The selected DB picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field.
- In the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel, select Configure.
If the Configure button is not available in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel.
The
Custom DBPicklist Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid.
- From the Custom DBPicklist Setup template, select Add New List Item link.
The fields above the grid are enabled for documentation.
- In the Code Value field, enter a numeric SNOMED code.
- In the SNOMED Type field, enter visit or procedure.
- Enter the SNOMED code description.
- Select Add.
The SNOMED code and the details appear in the grid.
- Close the Custom DBPicklist Setup template.
