Remove EF Codes Data Set Items

Associate LOINC® Codes with Procedure Code
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select LOINC Codes.The existing data set items associated with the LOINC Codes data set appear in the grid. LOINC Codes data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Code, enter LOINC code. In System, enter the code type. For example, LOINC to indicate that the code is LOINC code. In Procedure Code, enter CPT or NextGen Compendium Test keys. In Description, enter the description of the procedure code. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item displays in the Data Sets Setup template. Add Picklist Value for Other Procedure Orders
In the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select CARD Procedure Orders Other.The existing data set items associated with the CARD Procedure Orders Other data set appear in the grid. CARD Procedure Orders Other data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup template If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In CARD_IMProcedures Picklist, enter a CARD IMProcedures picklist value. In Picklist 1, enter the appropriate value to associate with the value entered in CARD_IMProcedures Picklist. Add New Medication Billing Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then select OK.The existing data set items associated with the Medication Billing data set appear in the grid. Medication Billing data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Select Category and select the category for the medication. If applicable, select Type and enter the type of category.The value entered is used to designate the type of intraocular injection. Select Med or J Code, and on the Select Procedure window, search for to select the desired medication and then select OK.Selecting the mediation automatically populates J Code with the associated J Code and vice-versa. Note: You must enter values in both Med and J Code for the correct submission of charges. Add Test Code Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Codes.The existing data set items associated with the Test Codes data set appear in the grid. Test Codes data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Select Test and select a name that the code or description will be mapped to from the picklist. The picklist displays the list of all test names currently available in the system. The name is used by the practice to identify an order, patient procedure, or lab. Select OK. Note: To enter a test name that is not listed, select the blank line that displays in the picklist and select OK. Type the name in the Test field. Enter one of the following: Codes - Enter the code to be mapped to. The entered code is used by the reference lab or outside study/procedure location to identify the test at their location for ordering or billing purposes.
