You can add an assessment for a point-of-care test on the Office Services template.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Open the Intake template.
 
  - In the Orders panel, select the Standing Orders link.
   
    The Office Services template opens.
   
 
  - On the Office Services template, select Add or Update Assessment.
   
    The Add or Update Assessments template opens.
   
 
  - In the Billing Diagnosis History section, select a diagnosis, and select Add/Update.
   
    The assessment appears in the Today's Assessments grid.
   
 
  - Select Save & Close.
