Configure Documentation Log Entry Type and Navigational Tabs

In the Navigation panel, you can configure documentation log entry types and assign navigational tabs to each entry type. The configured entry types and navigational tabs appear in the Documentation Log panel on the Documentation Log Config practice template. On the Documentation Log Config practice template, expand the Navigation panel. In Entry Type, enter the type of entry. In Navigation item 1, enter a label for the first navigational tab. In Navigation item 2 through Navigation item 5 , enter navigational tab labels that appear consecutively after you select an entry under each navigational tab. Click Template and select the template(s) where the configured entries and the associated navigational tabs appear in run time. To clear all the fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. Note: If duplicate entries are detected by the system, an alert message appears to notify users. The data is added to the grid at the bottom of the Navigation panel. Access the Equipment Log Practice Template

From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. In Select Template, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All. A list of practice templates opens. Select Equipment Log. Click OK. The Equipment Log practice template opens. To configure specialty-specific equipment, click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. To configure equipment for a specific practice, click Location and select a location from the list. The Clear button clears the value from the Location field. In run time, when you select a location in the Generalpanel, the equipment details set up for the selected location appear on the ASC Equipment template. Parent topic: Configure Equipment Details

Procedure Config Practice Template

The Procedure Config practice template enables you to configure specialty-specific procedures and associate a procedure site to each procedure. Open the ASC Procedure Config Template to Configure Ambulatory Surgery Procedures You can configure the Ambulatory Surgery procedures and associate a procedure site to each procedure on the ASC Procedure Config practice template. Configuring Procedure Documentation and Findings

You can configure procedure documentation and procedure findings content in the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. The Procedure Documentation Config practice template allows you to configure procedure documentation and findings.
