Asthma Codes Data Set

The Asthma Codes data set enables you to configure the SNOMED code and description for asthma related problems. The configured asthma codes are used as the qualifying asthma problems for the asthma health survey reporting. Configure Abortion History Codes

You can configure additional SNOMED codes associated with abortion, as needed, and set rules to each code as to whether the findings must be submitted to the Past Medical/Surgical history grid. On the Data Sets Setup template, select the Data Set field, select AB History Codes, and then select OK. Data Sets Setup template Do one of the following: Select Add to add a new code. Select an item that you want to update and then select Update. The Focused MedSurg Setup window appears. Under Type, select an abortion type. Remove an Abortion History Code

On the Data Sets Setup template, select the Data Set field, select AB History Codes from the data set list and then select OK.The Data Sets Setup template displays the codes related to abortion history.
