Pay Your Co-Pay

You may be required to pay your co-pay before you can join the visit with your provider. If you are required to make a payment, the Payment tab appears after you accept the Terms of Use. The tab displays a co-pay amount that you must pay before you join the visit.

On the Payment tab, review the displayed amount.
Do one of the following:
- If your provider allows you to change the amount, locate the co-pay amount on your card, enter that amount onscreen, and then select Continue.
- If your provider does not allow you to change the amount, select Continue.
The Payment tab displays billing and payment information.
Enter billing and payment information associated with your credit card.
Select Continue.
The Before you begin your visit today window appears.
If you would like to receive a visit summary with payment, consent, and intake information sent to your email address after the visit is complete, choose Yes. Otherwise, select No.
