Track Internal Referrals

You can track internal referrals and generate reports from SAP® Crystal Reports® for each referral.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then select File > System \ Practice Template.
2. Select the Practice tab, and then select All.
3. Open the Referral Tracking (BH) template.
4. In the Referral Orders panel, review the referral orders created from the Referral Management template.
5. Select an order and select Open Chart to open the patient's chart.
6. In the Internal Referral by Provider and Internal Referral by Specialty panels, filter the orders by provider, specialty, and program to review the required orders.
7. To generate the report from SAP® Crystal Reports® of the internal referral, select the required referral order, and then select Print Report.
8. In the Tasks for Internal Referrals panel, filter tasks by their status, review them, and select Print Report to generate the report from SAP® Crystal Reports® for the associated tasks.
