panel.
To filter the list, enter the search criteria in the respective fields above the grid headers, and then select
Filter
.
The mappings matching the search criteria appear in the grid.

Update Service Code Mappings
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Service Code Mapping panel. To filter the list, enter the search criteria in the respective fields above the grid headers, and then select Filter. The mappings matching the search criteria appear in the grid. Select a row to modify. The mapping information appears in the respective fields. Change the required details, and then select Update. The updated mapping information appears in the grid. Remove a Unit Code Calculation

Add a New Service Code Mapping Using a Default Mapping
On the Service Code Mapping system template, select a practice from the Filter by field. The service code mappings associated with the selected practice appear in the grid. Highlight a row in the grid. The selected data populates in the corresponding fields above the grid. Update the fields in the Map Service Code section with the appropriate values. Click Add. Note: An alert on the Service Code Mapping system template helps prevent duplicate entries of the Payer, Visit type, and Provider Level. A newly created service code mapping appears in the grid. To modify a grid entry, highlight the entry to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes and click Update. To delete committed data, highlight the grid row and click Remove button. Add New Service Code Mappings Using Default Mappings
On the Service Code Mapping system template, select a practice from the Filter by field above the grid. Highlight a row in the grid to create a service code mapping based on the default code mapping packaged with the system. The selected data populates in the corresponding fields above the grid. Update the applicable fields with the appropriate values. Click Add. An alert on the Service Code Mapping system template opens when necessary to prevent duplicate entries of the Payer, Visit type, and Provider Level. The newly created mapping appears in the grid. To modify a grid entry, highlight it to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes and click Update. Remove a Code from the Applicable CPT Codes Grid

View Coded Results Mapping Records
You can filter the Coded Results Mapping grid to view the desired sets of records or limit the grid to selected records. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From File, select System \ Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. On the Practice tab, select the All option. Select Coded Results Mapping , then select OK.The Coded Results Mapping template opens. To filter the mapping records, do one of the following: Select <free text search>, and enter the initial characters of the search value from source table, source field, field value, code system, code value, and comments column. Note: You must enter a minimum of three characters to enable the search. Options to view the Coded Results Mapping Select Code Value, enter a code value, and then select Search. Note: The grid shows all mapping records that contain the entered code value and displays the total record count. Select Code System, select the system code from the list, and then select OK.
