View Coded Results Mapping Records

You can filter the Coded Results Mapping grid to view the desired sets of records or limit the grid to selected records.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Coded Results Mapping , then select OK.
   The Coded Results Mapping template opens.
5. To filter the mapping records, do one of the following:
   • Select <free text search>, and enter the initial characters of the search value from source table, source field, field value, code system, code value, and comments column.
     Note: You must enter a minimum of three characters to enable the search.

     

   • Select Code Value, enter a code value, and then select Search.
     Note: The grid shows all mapping records that contain the entered code value and displays the total record count.
   • Select Code System, select the system code from the list, and then select OK.
     Note: The grid shows all mapping records that contain the entered system code value and displays the total record count.

     

   • Select Source Table/Field, select the table name from the list, and then select OK.
     Note: The grid shows all mapping records defined for that table or field and displays the total record count.

     

   • Select Show All.
     Note: The grid shows all currently defined mapping records and the total record count.
6. To show the records that were removed from the grid, select Show removed checkbox.
