Name of the panel	What you can do
Group	In this panel, the group encounter name appears as Group Name. You can enter the duration of the group session, if it is a repeat session, select Make Up Session. Enter the county, region, and location of the group participants.
Training Class/Event Information	In this panel you can enter the name of the training, class, or event, add the topics covered in the training, the number of registered people or the number of attendees, and the co-facilitator names.
Group Participants	This panel displays the list of people associated with the group. You can select Open Chart to view the participant details in a new chart. If required, you can update the participant details.
Individual Participants	In this panel, you can update the details of individual participants in training sessions. if a foster or adoptive parent has attended the class, select the Individual Presents option, and select the behavior of the individual. If a foster or adoptive parent has not attended the class, select the Individual Not Presents option, and select the appropriate options.
Courses/Meetings/Events/Trainings	In this panel, you can document the details of the courses, meetings, events, or training for the current participant. You can select course and status, when you generate document, only the active courses are displayed. You can enter the start date, completion date, and graduation date of the course and select Add to add the details to the grid. Note: You can update or remove the details in the grid.
Final Summary	You can document the final summary for the current participant in the training sessions. In this panel, you can enter comments on the attitude and receptiveness of the family or participant during the training sessions, add any concern about any area that needs further inquiry or discussion, and provide final recommendations and graduation date.

You can generate a document with details about group sessions, trainings, participants, and course details that are scheduled for the child welfare program. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the CW Training and Group Note (BH) template. Document the required information in each panel. Select Save and then Generate Document. Documenting Child Welfare Demographics

You can document participant information, program details, contact and location details, pharmacy, and relationship details on the CW Demographics (BH) template. The CW Demographics (BH) template panel details are documented. In most of the panels, you can update or remove the details added in the grid. Name of the panel What you can do Participant Information In this panel, the patient's details are displayed from the Patient's Demographic template, you can select Update to modify the information. You can select the state of birth, country of birth, race, and ethnicity of the participant. You can indicate if the foster child has pets that need to be brought to the foster home. The Family Unit Information grid shows information about the current members in the Family Unit. The Child Welfare program requires the family unit to include one family member as the main participant. Open the CW Training and Group Note Template

You can document details about the training and group sessions that foster or adoptive parents attend. In a group encounter, select the templates Template Icon icon. The Select Template window opens. In the Group tab, under Show, select All. The list of group templates appears. Select Template Panel Select the CW Training and Group Note (BH) template, and then select OK. Documenting Child Welfare Home Interviews

Document the in-depth home interview of the prospective foster parents on the CW Home Interview (BH) template. Panel name What you can do Placement Preferences/Kinship Information You can document the placement preferences of the kids in the participant's family. You can provide the foster placement preference, adoption placement preference, kinship care, and add the details to the grid. General Information/Marital Status In the General Information section, enter the foster parents' answers to the questions. In the Marital Status section, you can select Update, and enter the marital status of the main participant and co-participant and the number of times each of them has divorced. In case, the participants are single, indicate if they are dating currently, and enter the other names of the participants, if they have any.
