Open the CW Training and Group Note Template

You can document details about the training and group sessions that foster or adoptive parents attend. In a group encounter, select the templates Template Icon icon. The Select Template window opens. In the Group tab, under Show, select All. The list of group templates appears. Select Template Panel Select the CW Training and Group Note (BH) template, and then select OK. Documenting Child Welfare Training and Group Note

You can document child welfare training group session details, event details, participants, and course details on the CW Training and Group Note (BH) template. Name of the panel What you can do Group In this panel, the group encounter name appears as Group Name. You can enter the duration of the group session, if it is a repeat session, select Make Up Session. Enter the county, region, and location of the group participants. Training Class/Event Information In this panel you can enter the name of the training, class, or event, add the topics covered in the training, the number of registered people or the number of attendees, and the co-facilitator names. Group Participants This panel displays the list of people associated with the group. You can select Open Chart to view the participant details in a new chart. Document Child Welfare Demographics

You can document relevant demographic information such as participant information, address and contact information, placement preferences, and family household information. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the CW Demographics (BH) template. Optional: Select the Special Assistance checkbox, and select the appropriate option. In each panel, document the required information. Select Save & Close. You can generate a document containing general information about prospective foster parents and details about their children and home conditions. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open the CW Home Interview (BH) template. Document the required information in each panel. Select Save and then Generate Document.
