You can use the Floor Level Medication Inventory (BH) window to add floor-level medications entered for the selected client. You can filter the medication grid by Location, Lot, Active or Inactive medications.
- On the MAR Configuration (BH) template, expand the Floor Level Medication Inventory panel.
- Select Update Inventory.
The
Floor Medication Inventory (BH) window opens.
Note: If you do not have security rights to open the Patient Medication Inventory (BH) window, an alert appears and does not open the window.
- In Medication, select a medication from the picklist.
Note: Only medications that are added to providers’ favorites list are displayed. If no medications are displayed, you can add medications to any provider’s favorites list.
- Enter the lot number, expiry date, and location for the selected medication.
- Select the container type for the medication.
- Enter the number of containers and units per container.
The remaining units are the total units that appear in the respective fields.
- Select Add Inventory.
The details appear in the grid.
- Optional: To remove data from all of the fields, select Clear All.
- Select Save & Close.
