Remove a Unit Code Calculation

Add a Unit Code Calculation
The fields across the top of the Unit Code Calculation Configuration panel correspond directly with the data grid below. For example, the field directly above the Code column corresponds to the unit code. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Unit Code Calculation Configuration panel. Select a code from the list. In Mins/Unit, enter the number of minutes needed to make one unit for this code. In Max Units, enter the maximum number of units acceptable for this code. In Type, select Exact or Round. To make the code practice-specific, select the appropriate Practice. Select Add. The unit code calculation appears in the grid. Unit Code Calculation Configuration
For each code, you can configure: The number of minutes per unit. The maximum number of units. The exact or rounded number of minutes per unit. Unit code calculation is only needed for specific billing scenarios. You must use the Behavioral Health Billing setup in File Maintenance whenever possible. Update Service Code Mappings
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Service Code Mapping panel. To filter the list, enter the search criteria in the respective fields above the grid headers, and then select Filter. The mappings matching the search criteria appear in the grid. Select a row to modify. The mapping information appears in the respective fields. Change the required details, and then select Update. The updated mapping information appears in the grid. Update a Tool Tip
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Tool Tip Configuration panel. Select the row in the grid that you want to update. The tool tip information appears in the respective fields. To clear data from all fields, select Cl. Make the necessary changes, and then select Add/Update. Required Fields Configuration
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Required Fields Configuration panel. Required Fields Configuration panel For the required template, select the checkbox next to the field to make it required. Select Save.
