Update a Unit Code Calculation
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Unit Code Calculation Configuration panel. Select the record in the grid. The calculation configuration details appear in the respective fields. Make the required changes and then select Update. The unit code calculation changes appear in the grid. Add a Unit Code Calculation
The fields across the top of the Unit Code Calculation Configuration panel correspond directly with the data grid below. For example, the field directly above the Code column corresponds to the unit code. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Unit Code Calculation Configuration panel. Select a code from the list. In Mins/Unit, enter the number of minutes needed to make one unit for this code. In Max Units, enter the maximum number of units acceptable for this code. In Type, select Exact or Round. To make the code practice-specific, select the appropriate Practice. Select Add. The unit code calculation appears in the grid. Unit Code Calculation Configuration
For each code, you can configure: The number of minutes per unit. The maximum number of units. The exact or rounded number of minutes per unit. Unit code calculation is only needed for specific billing scenarios. You must use the Behavioral Health Billing setup in File Maintenance whenever possible. Remove Service Code Mapping
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Service Code Mapping panel. To filter the list, enter the search criteria in the respective fields above the grid headers, and then select Filter. The mappings matching the search criteria appear in the grid. Delete Tabs from a Program, Practice, or Location
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template. Select the required program, practice, or location. Expand the Tabs & Sub Navigation panel.The tabs configured for the selected program, practice, or location appear in the grid. Select the item in the grid.The details of the tabs appear in the respective fields. Tabs & Sub Navigation panel Select Delete.The tabs are removed from the selected program, practice, or location. Remove a Code from the Applicable CPT Codes Grid
