You can use the
Signature (Tasking Supervisor/Staff for review and signoff) panel to request secondary approval or attestation from another user. You can send a task to the approver requesting approval. The approver can use this panel to add their electronic signature and generate a Signature Attestation document that is separate from the template document. By having a separate document for attestation, staff can review and attest even after the client has signed the original template document with a signature pad.
Note: Only use the Signature (Tasking Supervisor/Staff for review and signoff) panel when you need secondary approval. When secondary approval is not needed, skip this panel as the system electronically signs the document for the provider completing the template.
