Billing Signatures
You can use the BH Foundation Configuration template to configure the Signatures DB picklist used in the Signature (Tasking Supervisor/Staff for review and signoff) panel of billing templates. The signature can be saved to a template and is included on documents generated from the template.
To control the default signature information, you can use the following qualifiers in the Qualifier 1 field.
Qualifier 1 Value | Defaults |
---|---|
N | None: No data defaults in the signature fields. |
C | Client: Defaults to the currently active patient information. |
P | Provider: Defaults to the provider set as the NextGen® Enterprise user in System Administrator. |
U | User: Defaults to the current user's name. |
You can also configure the Signatures picklist to enable providers to add text in the Name field used in the Signature (Tasking Supervisor/Staff for review and signoff) panel.
