Copy to Create a Phrase

Select the Manage My Phrases link. In the Manage My Phrases template, select a line item in the data grid. The details display in the corresponding fields above the grid, and Update becomes available. Select the Copy phrase checkbox. Add becomes available, and Update becomes unavailable. Create a Phrase

Select Manage my Phrases to access the Manage My Phrases template. To change the My phrase type, select the field to select the desired phrase type from the list. Use the List only these phrase types checkbox to filter the phrases listed in the data grid based on the My phrase type field. In My phrase summary, enter a brief description of the phrase. In My phrase, enter the phrase or statement. Select Add. The new phrase appears in the data grid. Select Save & Close. Parent topic: Managing Phrases

Update Phrase

Select the Manage My Phrases link. The Manage My Phrases template opens. Select the desired phrase in the grid. Edit the My phrase summary and My phrase fields, as needed. Select Update. The updated phrase moves to the lower data grid. Parent topic: Managing Phrases

Managing Phrases

My Phrases functionality enables a user to create and save a personal list of frequently used or custom phrases, which can be easily retrieved and reused again in the future. This prevents you from having to re-type these phrases in a field. You must create your phrases before they can be used, and all phrases are user specific. My Phrases are used throughout the Behavior Health Specialty templates. You can access the My Phrases and Manage My Phrases templates with the My Phrases and Manage My Phrases links on multiple Behavioral Health templates. Add Phrases Through the Field

You can add the text entered in a field that has the My Phrases feature as a phrase. On the appropriate template, enter the phrase text in the field, and then select the Plus icon or Manage My Phrases link available for that field. The INF My Phrases Mng template opens with the following information: The My Phrase field is filled with the text you have entered. The Category field is filled with the name of the category or section on which you have entered the text. Optional: If you are a super user and want to add the phrase as a system set for all users, select the System Set checkbox. In Name, enter the name of the phrase. In My Phrase, update the text as needed. Select Add. The phrase is added to the grid. To return to the template where you are documenting details, select Close. Update Existing Phrases

You can update the text of a phrase, the category it is used for, or its name. Open the Manage My Phrases template. Select the phrase within the grid that you want to update. The phrase category, name and text enter the fields below the grid. Select the fields to edit the information. Select Update to save your changes. Parent topic: Managing Phrases
