When you turn on context help, the Control Panel windows display context-sensitive help information when the cursor hovers over a field.
Select to turn the context help on or off in the user interface.
Each time you select Context Help, you toggle the check mark and the status. A visible check mark indicates that context help is turned on.
For example, when you hover over the Time Zone field in the Date & Time window, helpful information about the field appears in a box near the field.
