Create a Tool Tip Configuration

You can configure tooltips or informative text windows for a specific field in a table. The fields across the top of the Tool Tips Configuration panel correspond with the data grid below. For example, when you select the field above the Template column, the list of templates appears. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Tool Tip Configuration panel. Tool Tip Configuration panel Select a template from the picklist. Select a table from the picklist. Note: The picklist displays the list of tables available on the selected template in the Template field. Select a field from the picklist for which you want to add a tooltip. Change Status of the Existing Task

Select the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.The Update and Remove buttons are not available. Select the applicable task in the grid.The Status column in the grid displays Completed for the selected task. If you select the same task in the grid again, the status changes to Not applicable. If you select the task for the third time, the Status column clears the status. To manually select the status of a task in the grid, Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.The Update and Remove buttons activate. Select a task in the grid. The task details appear in the corresponding fields above the grid. Select Status and select the appropriate status. Select Update.The Status column in the grid with the selected status. To remove task details from the grid, select a row in the grid and select Remove. Buttons and Checkboxes in Problem List Panel

The following buttons and checkboxes are available in the Problem List panel. Button/Checkbox Description Add/Update Allows you to make changes to the documented problems by highlighting the problem in the grid. In addition, Add/Update allows the provider to add a new problem. Clear Allows you to clear the data entered in the fields. Reviewed Allows the provider to indicate that the review of the patient's documented problem is complete. Turn off a Trigger

An active trigger is indicated by a check mark in the check box to the left of the trigger. To open the Triggers window, do one of the following: Right-click anywhere on the template, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select Trigger on the Main toolbar. From the View menu, select Triggers. Select a specific field within the template. Select Trigger on the Main toolbar, or right-click the selected field, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select the trigger you want to inactivate. Select Disable. Configure to Display When Hovering

The Reconcile window appears when you select Reconcile (reconcile) for a section or an individual item. Optionally, you can change this behavior so the Reconcile window also appears if you hover over the Reconcile (reconcile) button for a second. Set up Toggle History Trigger

You can use the Toggle History action to show or hide the History toolbar. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Toggle History action.The Toggle History window opens. Select the necessary action: Toggle: Turns the display of the History toolbar on or off Hide: Hides the History toolbar Show: Shows the History toolbar To save the information and close the window, select OK.
