Create a Tool Tip Configuration

You can configure tooltips or informative text windows for a specific field in a table. The fields across the top of the Tool Tips Configuration panel correspond with the data grid below. For example, when you select the field above the Template column, the list of templates appears. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Tool Tip Configuration panel. Tool Tip Configuration panel Select a template from the picklist. Select a table from the picklist. Note: The picklist displays the list of tables available on the selected template in the Template field. Select a field from the picklist for which you want to add a tooltip. Buttons and Check Boxes in Problem List Panel

The following buttons and check boxes are available in the Problem List panel. Button/Check Box Description Add/Update Enables you to make changes to the documented problems by highlighting the problem in the grid. In addition, Add/Update enables the provider to add a new problem. Clear Enables you to clear the data entered in the fields. Start to Work on a Task

Access the Edit Task window for the task you want to work on. Note: When you do a mass update, the Task Subgrouping1 and Task Subgrouping2 fields are not required. From the Task Info tab, select the down arrow in the Status field and select In Progress. Select the calendar button to select a start date or enter a date in the Start Date field in mm/dd/yyyy format to indicate the start date for the task. Select the calendar button to select a follow-up date or enter a date in the Follow Up Dt field in mm/dd/yyyy format to indicate the date you would like to review the progress on this task, if applicable. The follow-up date must be equal to or greater than the start date. Select the Instructions tab and begin following the instructions for the task. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Template Editor Main Window Components

The Template Editor main window opens when you launch the application. It contains the following elements: The Title bar displays the template name (template type) and contains controls for minimizing, maximizing, and closing the window. The Menu bar contains the File, Edit, View, Layout, Tools, and Help menus. The template field list displays the name of each field on the currently open template. You can select a field in this pane to locate it in the design area. Layout toolbar Status bar You can drag any of the toolbars to another position at the top of the window or to the design area. If you move a toolbar to the design area, it becomes a detachable window that you can position vertically or horizontally. Panel Controls

Panels display information according to type such as Vital Signs or Allergies. Templates can contain one or more panels used for viewing existing information and documenting new information. Panels allow users to customize the order that information appears on a template. To change the order of the panels, users can click on the title bar of a panel and drag it to a different position on the template. If a user changes the order of the panels, they remain in that order from patient to patient until the order is changed again. Expand Panel The Panel Controls section includes two pairs of buttons. The Toggle buttons expand and collapse all the panels and the Cycle buttons rotate the panels through all positions from top to bottom, one position at a time. Set Up CCOW Security

You can control whether or not the user is permitted to break the link with the Context Manager by setting the Join/Leave Context with Context Manager Operations right in System Administrator. Note: This Operations right does not control breaking the link when the conditional accept message is displayed. To set the Operations right for CCOW: Log onto the System Administrator application. Select a user group. Select the Rights tab. Select the expand list button for Operation to view all the Operation rights. Under CCOW Context Management, select the Join/Leave Context with Context Manager right and set its Access Rights to Yes. Note: A default enterprise and practice will be read from the NGConfig.ini file in order to login and set user and/or patient context.
