Task Reports

The Tasks reports category includes various reports that you can use to review worklog information for patients and guarantor accounts in your practice. The reports can help you monitor and manage tasks and assist with your internal tasking processes and workflows in NextGen® Enterprise PM. System Reports

The System reports category includes various reports that you can use to review and validate specific types of data stored within the database. These reports check for a variety of data conditions that may potentially cause erroneous results on other reports generated in NextGen® Enterprise PM. When each system report is run, no data or a blank report is ideal. A blank report indicates there are no data validation and maintenance issues. Note: All system reports should be run at least once per month. You should run them prior to generating your month end reports so that any data validation and maintenance issues can be identified and resolved before your monthly reports are printed. Generating Reports

You can generate the following NextGen® Document Management reports: Reports Description Batch Status Displays the status of all the batches. Batch statuses are set up, and are selected by default in Filter 1. Note: The Bch Nbr column is selected by default to pull the batch number into the batch status report from the NextGen Report Filter: Batch Status window. You can filter the batch status report for a specific batch number or a range of batch numbers. Productivity - Filed Displays the documents that are filed, but not posted, and have index values associated with them. Filed report is a subset of scanned report. Productivity - Scanned Displays all the documents in the system based on the status selected in Filter 1. Provider Signature (PAQ) Displays the documents that are not signed. You can also view the pending and accepted documents by changing the filter statuses in Filter 1. These descriptions are for the reports that install with NextGen® Enterprise PM. These reports automatically generate using the default columns, filters, sorting features, and totals. However, you can change and memorize, or save, report options to create reports that fit your needs. View the NextGen® Document Management Significant Events History

You can view the history of NextGen® Document Management activity for a patient by: Accessing the patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Generating the Significant Events report. Note: You can view the Document Exported event on the Doc Mgmt Sig Event report or right-click an image and select Image Properties. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the toolbar, select Chart, and then search for a patient. For information on searching for a patient, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Patient Demographics Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. Open the patient chart, and then select the Clinical History/Notes tab. Expand the History section, and then select Document Management. The Details section displays the list of significant events.
