Filter 1

Begin Date: Include wait list items with a beginning date within a date range.
End Date: Include wait list items with an end date within a date range.
Deleted: Include/exclude deleted wait list items. Select either Only, Exclude (default), or Include All.
Interim Appt: Include/exclude interim appointments for wait list items. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
Final Appt: Include/exclude final appointments for wait list items. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
Waitlist Statuses: Include wait list items by status. Select Pending Booking, Pending Open Appt Slot, Successful and/or Unsuccessful.

Filter 2

Use columns to filter data on the report. Column filter options include the following:

Greater Than
Less Than
