You can view the program linked to an encounter from the Patient Chart.
From Patient Chart, select the Encounters tab, and then select the General sub-tab.
In the Encounters list, select an encounter.
In the Encounter Information section, the Program field displays the name of the program linked to the encounter.
Note: The Program field appears only if you select the Enable Programs check box on the Programs preference in the Practice Preferences window.
When the program access right for a user is set to No in System Administrator > Rights > Operations > Chart/Demographics/Employer > Program, the user cannot see any data in the Program field.
