Print Fee Tickets from Appointment Lookup
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the main toolbar, select the Appointments button or select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments
The Appointment Lookup window appears.
- Enter the details in Search Criteria section as needed to locate the desired patient appointments, and then select Find.
All appointments that match the search criteria entered appears in the Appointment List section.
- From the Appointment List, select the desired appointments to print the corresponding fee tickets.
- Right-click and select Print > Fee Ticket.
If a fee ticket is already printed before for one or more of the selected appointments, an application message appears asking for confirmation to reprint the appointment's fee ticket.
- Select one of the following buttons:
- Select Yes All to reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed and for all other appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticket without being prompted again.
- Select Yes to reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed. The prompt redisplays for other patient appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticked.
- Select No to not reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed. The prompt redisplays for other patient appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticked.
- Select No All to not reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed or for all other appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticket without being prompted again.
- Select Cancel to close the prompt without reprinting a fee ticket.
The Print Fee Tickets window opens. - To select a different body image for the fee ticket, in the Fee Ticket Options section, select the Alternate Fee Ticket Body checkbox, and then select the desired body image name in the drop-down field.
- To print the fee tickets, select Print.
You can preview the fee tickets prior to printing by selecting Preview.
- To close the Appointment Lookup window, select Close.
