Print Fee Tickets from Appointment Lookup

Fee Tickets can be printed for one or more patient appointments from the Appointment Lookup window.

  1. From the main toolbar, select the Appt List button.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.
  2. Enter Search Criteria as needed to locate the desired patient appointments.
  3. Select Find.
    All appointments that match the search criteria entered are listed in the Appointment List section at the bottom of the window.
  4. From the Appointment List, select all appointments for which a fee ticket is to be printed.
  5. Right-click and select Print, and then Fee Ticket.
    If a fee ticket has already been printed for one or more of the selected appointments, the following prompt displays: A fee ticket already exists for [Patient Name] on [mm/dd/yyyy]. Do you want to reprint the appointment's fee ticket?
  6. Select one of the following buttons:
    • Yes All: Select this button to reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed and for all other appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticket without being prompted again.
    • Yes: Select this button to reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed. The prompt redisplays for other patient appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticked.
    • No: Select this button to not reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed. The prompt redisplays for other patient appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticked.
    • No All: Select this button to not reprint a fee ticket for the patient appointment displayed or for all other appointments in the list that had a previously printed fee ticket without being prompted again.
    • Cancel: Select this button to close the prompt without reprinting a fee ticket.
    The Print Fee Tickets window opens.
  7. The body section on each fee ticket, or the section between the header and footer, will print the image imported for the appropriate location, provider, or event, if applicable. Otherwise, the image imported for the practice will print.
    To select a different body image, do the following in the Fee Ticket Options section of the window:
    • Select the Alternate Fee Ticket Body check box.
    • Select the desired body name in the drop-down field.
  8. In the Printer Settings section, the default printer for fee tickets is displayed.
  9. To select a different printer, select the Open Record button.
    The Print window opens.
  10. Select the desired printer Name, Print Range and Number of Copies, and then select OK.
  11. Do one of the following:
    • To preview the fee tickets on the screen prior to printing, select Preview.
    • To print the fee tickets, select Print.
  12. To close the Appointment Lookup window, select Close.
