You can use the Clinical History/Chart Notes tab to view an archived copy of a credit card receipt or e-check payment. You can demand print a receipt with or without an electronic signature.
Note: When a transaction is deleted, the receipt is also deleted.
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Open the patient chart, and then select the Clinical History/Chart Notes tab.
Under the Folders panel, expand the Forms folder.
The Receipts folder appears.
To print a receipt, expand the Receipts folder or the E-Signed Forms folder.
In the Details section, select the transaction, and then right-click and select CC Processing Receipt.
